They are writing knols.
There are compiling collections.
There are competing directories inside knol as well as outside knol.
More than 1500 knols are listed on Digg.com. Many more authors will submit their knols to Digg.
More and more bloggers are writing positive things about knol.
Knol's features are increasing.

Weekly Page Views of Knol -1.5 million

My estimate of weekly page views of knol using the weekly page views of a random sample of 50 of the top viewed 2500 authors is 1.5 million.

The breakeven page view number for knol would be one million per day. By August 2010, knol will reach breakeven page view number.

Total page views of top 800 knol authors

I made an estimate and it comes to 21 million. As I made an estimate of total page views of knols as 30 million from top viewed knols. the new estimate is in line with the old estimate. We can take that remaining knol authors had 9 million page views.
